Allen Iverson was named the MVP of the NBA All-Star game by leading the Eastern Conference to a 125-115 win over the Western Conference in Denver Sunday night.
Iverson helped the East win the game for the first time since 2001 at Washington. Iverson provided 15 points, ten assists and five steals. He was also named the MVP of the 2001 victory.
Iverson helped the East close the first half on a 32-17 run after the West grabbed a 42-29 lead. He was one of seven Eastplayers to score in double-figures.
Jermaine O'Neal added 15 points and five rebounds while LeBronJames finished with 13 points, eight boards and six assists. Ray Allen paced the West with 17 points on five three-pointers.Kobe Bryant finished with 16 points and Tim Duncan added 15.
